CANCELLATION FEES
- Non arrival or cancellation less than 72 hours prior to departure - no refund
- More than 72 hours notice before departure - 25% cancellation fee
- Booking agents please note 25% cancellation fee is non-commissionable
- Cancellation fees apply as soon as Western Travel Bug confirms or accepts a reservation
- Cancellation fees on Eco Day Tour Bonanza Packages are calculated from date of first tour
IMPORTANT
Western Travel Bug staff and/or agents connected with these tours shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage, loss or delay howsoever caused to the passenger and/or their belongings whilst on tour. We highly recommend passengers carry their own travel insurance.
Passengers belongings and personal items whilst on tour are their own responsibility. Based on our flexible nature and variable road and weather conditions our tours may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel tours at any time. Some activities are run by independent operators so Western Travel Bug cannot be held responsible if they are not available.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Customers booking direct must advise credit details to confirm a booking
- Travel/Booking agents must take full payment at time of booking or advise our office of client's credit card details.
- Tickets are non-transferable
